What is XERF?
Radiofrequency skin renewal, explained
XERF is a non-surgical monopolar radiofrequency device designed to stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process. It delivers controlled thermal energy into the deeper layers of the skin while a built-in cooling system helps protect the surface. This energy is intended to support the skin’s own collagen and elastin activity, which may contribute over time to the appearance of improved firmness, elasticity and texture.
Treatment settings are adjusted for each person’s skin condition, treatment area and clinical goals — there is no single standard protocol.
XERF is a cosmetic treatment. It is not a treatment for any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for surgery. It will not suit everyone. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Individual results vary. A medical consultation is required to assess suitability.

What XERF is used for
At consultation, we'll discuss whether XERF is appropriate for concerns such as:
Skin laxity — mild to moderate looseness in the face and neck
Jawline and lower face definition — softening of the jaw contour
Fine lines — the appearance of fine lines and superficial wrinkles
Skin texture — surface smoothness and refinement
Skin firmness — overall elasticity and skin quality
XERF is not appropriate for significant skin laxity or excess skin, where surgical options may be more suitable. If that's the case for you, we'll tell you at consultation and can discuss a referral. Individual results vary. Some people will not see a meaningful change.
